Prit leads Alt21’s strategic planning, and has set a long-term vision to build the regulated digital alternative to a traditional bank for the mid-market. He has over 20 years’ experience in electronic trading, the design and delivery of digital hedging platforms, and experience fundraising through various stages of growth.
Andy is a leading global fintech investor and Industry Partner at Motive Ventures, and Chairman of Wilshire. He has held senior roles in private and growth equity investing at firms including BlackRock and Motive Partners.
Andy brings deep experience in scaling global fintech businesses and supporting management teams to secure strategic financing to capture long-term, asymmetric growth opportunities.
Founder and former CEO of Brandwatch, a global leader in digital consumer intelligence. He grew the company from scratch to a $450 million exit in 2021. Giles brings proven experience in scaling disruptive digital platforms, and using data to drive business growth in competitive markets.
Richard made the most lasting impact on our mission. As a serial entrepreneur, and Chairman of Alt21 more recently, he previously acquired and scaled Global Shares through to it’s acquisition by JPMorgan in 2022. Richard supported Alt21 through strong mentorship of the CEO, and played a key role in supporting Alt21’s growth to date.
Former Senior Partner at KPMG, who spent nearly 30 years advising growing businesses across the EU and UK. He invests in many early-stage firms, and serves as the President of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. Eoghan’s leadership and support for Irish enterprises strengthen Alt21’s position locally.
Ann is a seasoned Global Audit, Risk, Corporate Governance, and Compliance professional with over 40 years experience in the world’s leading financial services institutions. In her last executive role she was CEO of Vanguard Group (Ireland) Ltd, where she led group corporate governance and developed an appreciation for the superb ecosystem supporting financial services in Ireland.
